Massage Therapist Kathryn Harris

Kathryn specializes in blending Swedish and Ayurvedic Massage, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu techniques, and other Spa Services. Kathryn’s introduction:
“I have received training and certifications through CIMSS (California Institute of Massage & Spa Services) in Sonoma, and continue to educate myself in innovative and healing modalities and techniques.
I actively began pursuing health, movement and fitness in college and soon thereafter received Body Training/Group Exercise certifications with the YMCA. I have also expanded my experience in the health field working with a well-known, Bay area Physical Therapist and Certified Nutritionist.
I’m excited to be welcomed into the ‘family’ and to be able to provide my healing gifts at Sonoma Holistic Spa. My joining the Spa has been a natural evolution from my history of eating healthy foods, working out on a daily basis, meditation, and hiking the wonderful trails of Sonoma.
With my knowledge and healing hands, I am committed to providing relaxation and relief from muscular stress and tension. It is my intention to restore and nurture a natural condition of balance and harmony.”

“I look forward to meeting and serving you!”
